Our Mission

To promote the general welfare and economic development of low-income families residing at Mission Plaza and the surrounding community. The mission of “MPTA” is to empower and improve the quality of life of the low-income families residing at Mission Plaza by (1) ensuring Mission Plaza is operated and maintained as a decent, safe and affordable housing for low-income families, (2) serving as the Managing General Partner of the Limited Partnership that owns Mission Plaza and to fulfill all the responsibilities as Managing General Partner of the Limited Partnership.
